To confirm booking, we will collect a deposit payment of 50% of total rental. Payment can be made to our Maybank or CIMB account via online transfer. 

Credit card payment is not applicable, as Vince Villa is a cash term accommodation.

You can park your car right in front of our main gate, or around the villa premises, as long as it doesn’t block the road traffic.

There is a security guardhouse a stone throw away, and there will also be security guard petrol around the area during the night.

Vince Villa is a homestay, we do not provide towel & hair dryer in the room. However, you may request towel & hair dryer from our staff during check in. We will provide them to you if it’s available.

There’s very less food choice within walking distance since we are located at residential area. However, you can find plenty of delicious local food if you possess own transport.

No, since we are located at residential area. Public transport is not convenient. However, you can always try Grab.

Yes, airport transfer can be arranged. Please contact us in advance to make arrangement.
